We send our love to you all and thank God for the blessings He sends to us in allowing us to share your journey. We continue to be uplifted by the faith and fortitude that you, Nancy and all the family are witnessing. For our part, we pray for you all daily, and this coming Sunday, together with those people of our village of Knebworth who make up our Christian community, we will be praying for you at our Mass at 10am. This Mass is being offered for you and your family to ask God that He bless, encourage and strengthen you all; that through the intercession of His Son and the power of His Holy Spirit, He may honour your faith and loyalty by delivering you from this evil and healing you; and that through allowing us to share in this pilgrimage, we may all be drawn closer to Him in praise and thanksgiving for what you have already achieved on what has become our journey with you.

I have to tell you this: I have been translating you many times in seminars into Finnish and I also speak in Finnish as "Jim Dornan" in the Builder´s Pack ( Finland ). We have a son at home ( Lauri, 6 years old ), with central nerveous system handicap
( from birth ).
You see, I would not have found a reason to do this business myself - the reason found me 3 years ago, when my son was finally diagnosed.
I just want you to know - it is You that made me realize that the "victim mode" would not take us anywhere.

Dear Jim and Nancy, Reading about the difficulties you have experienced after your treatments, reminds us of our friend who last year went through a similar experience. He said that the week after his last radiation treatment was "horrific", and we recall how skinny he looked! And to make things more challenging, he had started out the entire ordeal very thin. So he was surprised that he could lose even more. But today it's incredible to see him hungry again, putting on weight, and going out for rides on his motorcycle! He feels great, and the memory of just how sick he had felt is starting to fade. This definitely is our prayer for you - - -that you will come out of this like our friend.

Recently we were informed by our beloved team business Johannes and Roma about your health condition. And we are glad to know that you have come back home again from Houston.
We believe that God will always be with you whatever your condition is, as HE always be with His children (John 14:26). Especially when you are in low condition, HE will comfort, support, lift you up again (John 14:27). And we believe that all things happened to us, pleasant or unpleasant, will end up for our goodness in His time (Rom 8:28, Jeremiah 29:11).

I have also just completed my radiation/chemotherapy for throat cancer (and surgery, as well). I wanted to let you know of a high calorie supplement that might be of help to you. It's called "substi-meal" and can be ordered from www.suplimednutrients.com or 800-223-2610 (I do not have any ties to that company). Each 8 oz. shake supplies almost 700 calories! It's doctor developed for people like us who need to put on weight with high calorie, balanced nutrition. It's been a life saver for me, as I was really having trouble swallowing, due to pain. I'd lost 34 pounds (am only 5' 4", and was not overweight to begin with, so that was a lot for me!). I prefer green smoothies and "real food", but just wasn't getting the calories I needed to heal and gain weight. Just thought I'd pass this info along to you, in case you could benefit from this. You sound like you are doing extremely well overall! God bless you, and keep up the good fight. You'll beat this!

1. I have been reading mails and articles and messages from your Website the last 2 months since it started. I read with both concern for your health and thankfulness for your LIFE and for the tremendous positive influences you have on All of us in N21!
You live an exemplary Christian and Christlike life – and we thank God for your life ( and Nancy’s ) .. for the great positive inspiration and motivation you provide for each of us .. through your teaching and sharing … through All the N21 functions, the CEP
… and now through this awesome website .. where you CONTINUE to inspire motivate and encourage all of us.
2. I did ask and seek God’s wisdom as to WHY such ‘ treacherous thing’ happen to good people like you, Jim. I ‘challenge’ him too, trying to find an acceptable answer ..but I also know that GOD IS IN CONTROL of all our circumstances.
He is our Father and He knows all our needs. He WILL continue to perform miracles in our lives .. even until TODAY … but according to His timing, not ours, His Will, not ours!

This message came to me this morning as a daily devotion from Pastor Andrew Roebert in Pretoria and I just need to share this with you: Psalm 32:8
The Lord says, 'I will teach you the way you should go; I will instruct you and advise you.'
- God is with you every step of the way, Jim.
- He does not change like a shifting shadow.
- He will never leave you nor will He forsake you.
- He will lead, guide and instruct you in each step you take.
PRAYER: Lord, I realise that I cannot do it on my own. I need You. I place my life and future in Your hands and I ask You to show me which way to go in every aspect of my life. Amen.

Hi there my friend. I was so glad to read your journal today and see that you and Nanc have returned home. The kids and I pray for your continued strength, complete recovery and wondrous return to health. I was especially happy to see that so many of your family could be with you during treatment. Jim, how you said when Nancy got down, "your hat is a little askew" and Nancy replied with "I HAVE my hat?" Once again my percpectives were changed and my spirits lifted. I got a copy for my Christmas present from Patti and am enjoying it so much. What an encouragement daily. Praying that your weight will increase (strange we pray for this, some others may not like it if I prayed this for them.- chuckle) and you will be strengthen in the Lord in all aspects of your life. Arthur and I are going through Beth Moore's Bible study on Life of Paul.
She pointed out that when Paul was in Ephesus having great success and great trials he wrote about his personal feelings about that experience in 2 Cor. 1:8. "For we do not want you to be ignorant, brothers, of our trouble which came to us in Asia, that we were burdened beyond measure, above strength, so that we despaired even of life.".......we trust that He will still deliver us, you also helping together in prayer for us.
You two have done such great works for so many. God has mightily used you. Now it is our turn to lift you up to Him who is able to deliver us in all circumstances. Every day when we pray for you we are so thankful for the privilege and are reminded to search our own hearts and to see what he would change in us. The battle is the Lord's.
We are new to the n21 family but feel like we know you. Your innovative thinking is refreshing and gives incredible hope. Since the first day we heard of your battle we have prayed for you when ever we think of you... numerous times per day. Been awhile since our last entry in the Guestbook however the daily prayers have not ceased. This journey you are on Jim, when it's our turn to embrace you with love, prayers, inspiration, encouragement, tears, (the list goes on), you find a way to return it all back ten fold at the same time battling a fierce enemy. Reading your inspiring updates, looking at your photos that have joy filled smiles, and reading all the entries from all your loved ones just touches our hearts. All to say you bring us closer to our Lord & Savior with your Christlike example.
You will probably shoot me for even mentioning this with the mega healthy diet you have been on, but I was driving by an In & Out Burger the other day and thought of you. I know at one time you loved In & Out (in moderation of course). I too love an In & Out burger once in awhile and was craving for one as I drove by but decided to keep driving and pass knowing that if my bro Jim can't have one, I will refrain.

I have been following your journey and continue to be amazed at your faith and grace. "No eye has seen, no ear has heard, no mind has conceived what God has prepared for those who love Him." 1 Cor 2:9. As I read this verse today from a book that Shannon gave me I thought about all those things that you both do for others. I have been blessed beyond words to facilitate your love offerings to so many over the years in our community. Like Christ's love for us is "unceasing" your desire to serve Him and give back also is unceasing. As I reflect back over the past two months I still am stunned at all that has happened and that 2 weeks after learning of your illness in December you paused for a moment in your fear, in your disbelief, in the face of uncertainty and once again said "who needs help, how can we help, we want to give back because we have been blessed." Your unselfish, generous spirit completely humbles me and inspires me all at the same time. I am so blessed to feel loved by you both. So blessed to have met Jules and David. I am thankful for Shannon and Jeff who love me and believe in me in spite of when I feel so unworthy of that praise at times. I know our Heavenly Father has a greater purpose for us and I believe the journey is just beginning and that the best is yet to come. Something to Think About: One of the beautiful names of God is found in the Old Testament. When God delivered Moses and the Israelites from the Egyptian army and they were wandering in the desert God made this promise "He said, “If you will listen carefully to the voice of the Lord your God and do what is right in his sight, obeying his commands and keeping all his decrees, then I will not make you suffer any of the diseases I sent on the Egyptians; for I am the Lord who heals you.” (Jehovah Rapah) Exodus 15:26
We are told by James that we are to pray for the sick; "Are any of you suffering hardships? You should pray. Are any of you happy? You should sing praises. 14 Are any of you sick? You should call for the elders of the church to come and pray over you, anointing you with oil in the name of the Lord. 15 Such a prayer offered in faith will heal the sick, and the Lord will make you well. And if you have committed any sins, you will be forgiven." James 5:13-15
So often we are told to pray for forgiveness of our sins then to ask God for healing as the most important thing in our lives is to know we are forgiven for our sins; "He has removed our sins as far from us as the east is from the west.13 The Lord is like a father to his children, tender and compassionate to those who fear him.14 For he knows how weak we are; he remembers we are only dust." Psalm 103:12-14
Dear Lord we ask for healing for Bob, Bob, Jim and Christine and those that we know are very sick who need your healing Hand. Jehovah Rapah, we ask for healing in Jesus name.

Had an awesome time with all the Leadership as we always do, but what's topped that off is to receive your latest update and hear you have completed your treatment in Houston and have returned home. We give thanks to the Lord for watching over, guiding and protecting you throughout your treatment and beyond. Hi Jim,
I am grateful you are back home in a place of comfort. As I write this, I am encouraged by your love of our Lord and His intercession in your life. My sister Connie was diagnosed with breast cancer and told me Tuesday of her disease. She is not in the same place of faith as you are and will carry the burdon on her shoulders rather than rely on God. Her faith is weak at best. As I think of what to say to encourage her, I can only think of her reading your blog as a message of hope. She has two sons who are 14 and 16 she hasn't told as she is waiting for the opportune time. Is there ever an opportune time to break news such as this. Connie is the second sister who has been diagnosed with breast cancer and, according to the genetics, may not be the last (I have 7 sisters, one in heaven). Her challenge has made me appreciate the need for taking better care of my health and being more preventive than I have been.
I write to thank you for your testimony and how it will help me through yet another journey fighting the enemy by the armour of God.
May your journey continue to lift others as God unfolds His will for your life.

Certainly you look so happy, and what is that on your left hand that you are holding? (in the plane). Could see Nancy was so happy, Jeff, as usual, with his happy face, and we could see Jeff was taking the picture.
Amazing too, that you are picked up by a jet? ha ha ha ha, yesterday I showed the plan with a bunch of guy (very modest Indonesians, being very polite here) who said, that Amway were not for them....oh my.....Roma and I just smiled and felt grateful that we saw it differently 16 years ago when Beni showed us the plan, and brought us to N21 system which brought to land of our dream now...., and it is really awesome.
Had another "challenge" last week, but so blessed to get an update from you all, and see another perspective again in life. It was a teaching opportunity for me...(Johannes)
Well,.....please tell Jeff, it was nice of him to pick u and Nancy up with an airplane that you did not have to go through Houston rport and let alone ATL.

Something to Think About: There are times and days where we just need to stop and thank God for what He has given us with family, friends, health, homes, safety and our jobs. There is nothing more powerful than when we stand in the gap for someone who has a need that they cannot meet on their own. Sometimes disease strikes those we love so that we may come together to rally around them in love, prayer and community support. As King Solomon prayed this special prayer to God let us do the same for our friends Christine, Jim, Bob and Bob as their bodies have been attacked by cancer. “O Lord, God of Israel, there is no God like you in all of heaven above or on the earth below. You keep your covenant and show unfailing love to all who walk before you in wholehearted devotion. 24 You have kept your promise to your servant David, my father. You made that promise with your own mouth, and with your own hands you have fulfilled it today." I Kings 8:23-24
Lord God of heaven and earth we acknowledge our sin before you and bring these dear people and our other friends who are fighting cancer before you in the name of Jesus for healing; “If your people go out where you send them to fight their enemies, and if they pray to the Lord by turning toward this city you have chosen and toward this Temple I have built to honor your name, 45 then hear their prayers from heaven and uphold their cause." I Kings 8:44-45
Dear God of heaven, in the name of Jesus we stand in the gap for the healing of our friends as Solomon and the nation of Israel did as we cry out to you for our friends; "May your eyes be open to my requests and to the requests of your people Israel. Oh Lord - what an encouraging and outrageous sense of humor our Father has! . . . . . I have just seen the story of the Baby Grand Piano found on Miami beach last week!
Just at this time when He has your very acute attention - and you are asking all these questions about your life of service to Him and undoubtedly have some seeds of ideas. To me - His message to you is clear : To quote one of my favorite authors – if you have “an exciting idea that you can’t seem to get our of your mind” . . . . . the question you need to be asking is "Why not?" Why not put it into action?
In the words of my daughter, Jim, "Be outrageous in your imagination and thinking, and don’t worry about other people, if you are serving God, He will take care of them."

I pray for you and that is lots! 🙂 Sounds corny I am sure but it is a great reminder for me to pray! I was thinking about the fact a few minutes ago (while praying for you) ... as you are going through this fiery storm that you have, through the grace of God and through much time and love given on your part, assembled a world-wide band of prayer warriors ready to be beckoned to go to our knees on your behalf! What a privilege to be part of your "family" in such a way and at such a time as this!
On a personal note Jim, thank you for sharing your godly insights. Going through cancer at the same time it has been an inspiration to my heart and spirit to hear your leadership on "how" to go through this fierce trial expecting at every turn God's real grace to be sufficient. Wow. Thank you Jim for being so authentic. Again, you have led me into battle and given me "courage" to fight. We fight together. You and Nancy ... Dennis and I. Many years since the first time we had the privilege of dinner in Orange County with the two of you. 🙂 Precious memories and who would have known the Lord would forge our hearts together through so many things ... joyful and tough ... but the "other side" of each has shown God's tender love, gentle mercies, BIG available almighty hands in our lives and in the lives of our families.

Jim, we pray for you daily as you focus on this battle with such courage. Your transparency, accuracy and honesty in speaking of the "intruder" give hope to those who read your words and voice to those who have "been there". For decades you have blessed our lives and inspired us with your intelligence and wisdom. The faith, courage and heart that have permeated your words from stage and audio now grow even more powerful. We are inspired by the diligence with which you and Nancy build your physical strength and mental toughness to engage the greater enemies on the "battlefield of the mind".
May God's presence and love encompass you, surrounding you with grace. Our prayer for you at this critical time is the promise passage that has sustained (Jackie) every day for more than ten years: (Isaiah 58:8>) "Then your light will break out like the dawn, and your recovery will speedily spring forth. . . . Someone has written these beautiful words. One must read and try to
understand the deep meanings in them. They are like the Ten Commandments
to follow in life all the time.
1) Prayer is not a "spare wheel" that you pull out when in trouble; it is
a "steering wheel" that directs us in the right path throughout life.
2) Do you know why a WINDSHIELD in a car is so large and the rear view
mirror is so small? Because our PAST is not as important as our FUTURE.
So, look ahead and move on.
3) Friendship is like a BOOK. It takes few seconds to burn, but it takes
years to write.
4) All things in life are temporary. If going well, enjoy it, they will not last forever. If going wrong, don’t worry, they can't last long either.
5) Old friends are like GOLD! New friends are Diamonds! If you get a
Diamond, don't forget the Gold! Because to hold a Diamond, you always need a base of Gold!
6) Often when we lose hope and think this is the end, GOD smiles from above and says, "Relax, sweetheart, it's just a bend, not the end!
7) When GOD solves your problems, you have faith in HIS abilities; when
GOD doesn't solve your problems HE has faith in your abilities.
8) A blind person asked St. Anthony: "Can there be anything worse than losing eye sight?" He replied: "Yes, losing your vision."
9) When you pray for others, God listens to you and blesses them; and
sometimes, when you are safe and happy, remember that someone has prayed for you..

It has been so long. I recently met up with Randy and Sheri and it was wonderful and they shared with me about this site. I wanted to send my love and let you know you are in my prayers. What a beautiful family.

While we were praying for you today, a memory popped up in my mind that I'd like to share with you. It has to do with going to my father for advice years ago. He had been one of 9 children, raised on the farm in Canada, and he always had a unique wisdom that was to be admired for sure. So when our 3 children were on their way to their teenage years, I went to him for advice. Seeing as I had the kind of temperament that could easily see things going wrong, I asked him how we could avoid the common problems of those teenage years that were so prevelant. He described these years as a young person "going into a tunnel". And he said that while the young people were "in the tunnel", we as parents had best pray consistently that the Lord hold on to them ---especially while they were a bit out of reach for us, since we were not in the tunnel. Today, I see you as being in your "tunnel", and the entire global n21 family following my father's advice: to pray and ask the Lord to uplift you with His special grace.

On a lighter note I continue to laugh over Nancy's CD on Attitude at our last Sydney National Convention 2010 regarding the petrol pump saga. Dear Jim,
Your message about the lack of optimism in the medical profession really rings a bell. My father had the same illness that you are currently reckoning with and his gift was participation in a variety of clinical trials that I am confident have helped others. I learned what real, true courage is from my dad as he battled his illness.
I am fortunately a victor over serious illness myself and thought the same thing during my journey. I know that there is a lack of verbal committment to optimism in many cases due to the fear of being wrong, raising false hopes and of course, malpractice suits. Fortunately, my primary physician was Dr. Roger Lerner in Los Angeles, who reached down and tweaked my big toe while I was intensive care, winked at me and said...."You are going to be alright you know." That meant more than anything. There were far too many people on payroll in the intensive care unit who seemed worried all the time. Later, when I talked with Dr. Lerner about it, he said that he felt that the fear of expressing optimism was one of the most major problems in the medical profession today. While I know that he would never issue a guarantee when he was certain that there should not be one, his comment to me in intensive care built an optimism in me and trust in myself that I will never lose. He was simply confident that I was capable of overcoming the illness. Although there is wonderful medical care in Utah - I travel back to Los Angeles to see Dr. Lerner. Jim, what I know is that people are victorious over cancer -- every day. Much is learned in the process (although sometimes we struggle to figure out what God is trying to teach us).
God's Blessings to you, your family and close friends. To take from Mike Wilson's recent closing talk at the weekend in California.....we all need to learn to "become" rather than be content to "be"-- for the rest of our lives. I am confident that you and your family will be victorious in your current battle.

I am reminded of the apostle Paul when he was in prison and writing the letter we know as Philippians. He "in prison" was telling "us"(not in prison) to be joyfilled. Your update reminded me of that. We (and others around the world) love and appreciate you! We continually pray for you and join with you in your fight and we too claim the victory with you.

You are truly such an inspirational couple and we are so blessed to be part of your worldwide family.
Keep encouraged. A little boy of 11 yrs old in SA was diagnosed with a brain tumour. Doctors told them it was inoperable and anyone who told them otherwise was insane.
They found a hospital in the USA that specialises in paedeatric tumours of the brain and have successfully removed the tumour. The boy suffered no side effects and is 100%. They are back in SA and have little more to say than it was a 'miracle'.
So as you always teach us, listen to the positive, believe and have faith.

I find your messages with your positive attitude, faith and positive expecancy very uplifiting. Thank you. I thought of you today. I was out prospecting and met a lady who told me all about herself. Her husband was suffering from cancer; had it all over his body and was in a coma. One day he woke up and told the doctors he needed no more morphine, and he is now home and doing well! This lady told me that she never believed the doctors and put her faith in God. She said if God does not say ÿour number is up, then you will be ok. I found it an inspiring story- she says the doctors just dont beleive it!
I will keep praying for you both.

There isn't a week that goes by that my mom and I don't reflect on lessons learned from you. Even now in the midst of this challenging time, you have found a way to lift others.
