Jim, I was absolutely inspired by reading your most recent post. Know that this time of trial that you are going through is strengthening believers around the world. Your words are filled with the Word of God and the Holy Spirit's presence is so evident that he is using your testimony to encourage others in pain and suffering, physical, emotional and spiritual. Sue and I continue to pray that God will heal you, strengthen you and encourage you the way you are encouraging us! I leave you with these words of scripture that have your name, Jim Dornan, all over them. "Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. 11 Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. 12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. 13 Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. " Ephesians 6:10-13 Be strong as we stand in the gap with many others around the world for your healing, in Jesus name! Bill and Sue

Respected Nancy & Jim. I have been closely following your journey and have you in my prayers. I belong to the Zoroastrian Faith, known as Parsis in India. In our religion we are urged to follow the principles of "Good thoughts, Good words, Good Deeds" I honestly believe that I am following these principles by following you. You both are such great role models. The day Network 21 came into my life was Friday the 13th.(March 13th 1998) and the day I first saw and heard you Jim live in Mumbai was again Friday the 13th (Nov 13th 1998) The most luckiest days of my life. With the enemy defeated (Never had a chance..LOL) just cant wait to hear you live once again in India. With love and respect from my entire team. Jim and Nancy, of course you have been in our thoughts and prayers! Guess you didn't realize that there is an advanced medical course called "Being negative and uninspiring"! Sorry about that! Some people even major in it! Then there is the advanced course in Network 21 which dispells such thoughts and leads us to look where we want to be. Thank God for that course! My greatest prayer for you and your family is for peace, and for you, Jim, the strength to let others do for you. I suspect that is not an easy thing for most high achievers, and though I do not consider myself a high achiever, I do consider myself very (sometimes subbornly) independent, and I remember vividly how hard it was with young kids to let someone else do some things for me. It was even hard to give up some volunteer jobs! As I look back, I am thankful for His lesson! We are so looking forward to seeing you both again and thank you for your blogs! When I see you next, Nancy, I will show you a picture of our first grandchild, a grandson due February 15! Love you both!

Dear Jim and Nancy, Your journal is a blessing. God's Word never returns void, so here are a few scriptures that have come to mind to encourage you regarding the journey of fear/thought life/battle in the mind: Jeremiah 17:7-8 which reminds me so much of you and Nancy 2 Cor. 10:5-6 ...."bring every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ..." Phil 4:6-10 especially vs 8 which exhorts us to dwell upon the things of God as opposed to dwelling upon the problems/what if's/other people's negative feedback vs 9 when Paul tells us to DO the things we saw and heard him do and the God of peace will be with us (being a doer of God's Word not just a hearer-trusting Him & thanking Him as you're doing). Col 3:2-3 "Set your mind (action of the will) on things above, not on things on the earth. For you died and your life is hidden (safe) with Christ." Col 3:15 "and let the peace of god rule in your hearts...and be thankful. Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom..." 1John 5:4-5 "Whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world-our faith. Who is he who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?" Blessings for your strength, joy in the midst of the trial, hope and complete healing. Love, Steve and Lisa Keffer, ABQ, NM

My thoughts and prayers are with you. Please continue to guard your ears. I'm sure your Doc's are the best in their field but The Dornan's wrote the book on strength through crisis, deliberate actions and positive thoughts. P-L-E-A-S-E! Hi Jim & Nancy: My husband Frank and I just returned from our first Network 21 Conference in Atlanta this weekend! WOW! What an inspirational event. But what was more inspiring was the amount of love and respect that radiated from everyone who spoke of you both that weekend. I have never personally met you, although I have met your son Dave...what a hoot! I feel so at peace with our decision to make a go of this business opportunity under your leadership. How could all of these people be wrong? You are a special couple, no doubt, but your faith in God is what inspires me most. We are Christians and our faith is very, very important to us. The first question I asked of our upline sponsor, Kevin Sears, was if the leadership in this group were Christians. He said, unequivocally without a doubt...YES! What peace it give us now to know for sure that our future endeavors are guided by such a sweet-spirited, God-filled couple! We are praying for healing and strength and peace for you both. Know that you are in our prayers and lovingly thought of daily! Peace and love to you both! Kimberly

Hey Jim, glad but not surprised you hear you are surprising your doctors with your continued strength levels as they are. You're absolutely right, doctors should learn to be encouraging, hopeful and inspiring because as we know, you get what you expect. Ok, sure, you didn't expect this invasion but you are surely getting the expectations of your defence / counter attack. Thank you again for letting your N21 family come along on your journey and I still can't wait to hear, in your voice, the lessons you have learned along the way. Keep up the good fight brother, I know the Lord has you covered every step of the way.

Amin. Dear Jim, we love you and we pray for you. Praying for Jim and the others. Since you are studying about this enemy, I thought I'd like to tell you of some of my studies and experience. There is a Norwalk Juicer that extracts more nutrients from the food you are juicing than from the Champion. The Champion is a very good one, it just isn't the ultimate juicer. When fighting cancer we need to get all the nutrients we can out of the best possible foods. The last address I have for Norwalk is 808 W. Bloomington St. Lowell, AR 72745. I was able to rid myself of tumors by being on a fast of organic juices extracted from this juicer. In addition to your studying, you might like to read 50 cases by Dr. Max Gerson. He was an early pioneer in the fight against cancer. His daughter is still in the battle against nutritionally related diseases and founder of Gerson Institute. Healing Cancer and other chronic diseases. Please note, this is not popular with the AMA. I pray that you will take this information seriously.

Hi Jim, We all have an angel on our shoulder and I would just like to say that I have put you on a prayer chain at our church. I have been there and the challenges are still there as I go forward. I just had my 1 year post op check and reports are still good now 1 year cancer free of a rare genetic adeno-carcinoid carcinoma of thesmall intestinal. I chose not to have chemotherapy or radiation. Immune system is almost back to normal, but still have some minor stomach problems. We all forget sometimes just how precious our lives are until we are awaken. Anyway, GOD is with us all and I thank him daily for me still being here. It has changed the way I look at life and has brought our family much closer. May god be with you all on the hard journey.

Dear Jim (and family): I'm sure that everything that's going on recently is very difficult, confusing and likely frustrating as well. I don't know why God put this challenge in your path, but here's what I do know: He knows you personally; He has a plan for you individually, and after you've done everything you can, all you have to do is trust in Him for the rest. Know that you're in my thoughts and prayers. God bless.

All the best wishes from germany again. We've just have had a fabulous BBS with Trevor Lowe in Hamburg. And he talked sooo intensivly and good about the power of our subconscious mind and thinking. And he was so right when he talked about it - and it made a big impact on all the people - even everybody should know it - it was a realy good reminder and wake up call. Because so many of us are saying and thinking things, we should not. Even the choosing of the right words are so important for success. So it is with parts of our body or our personality. Nothing what god has made or given to us and the world can be something like "the bad", but it is often something not understood. That's why we all want rather to WIN A NEW SITUATION than BEAT THE BAD. The concentration on something, Trevor said, makes it more present and even more reality. So we all focus on only the positive but not the "bad" - because we want to reach the good and not the bad 🙂 What wisdom lies in all of us! We all love you Jim. And the empowering energy and positive thoughts of hundreds of thousands of people from all around the world are in you. This is not only a people network, but also an energy network, in which you participate. The energy of such a network is always big enough, that a few people can take more out of this, because there is enough! Thats for it is build. (LOL²A-principal from René Egli explained it allready wonderful) So, You win it all and We are looking forward for the best-encouraging book we ever read. By Jim Dornan 🙂 Love you

I have NO doubt that you have already won this battle in Spirit and cannot wait for the manifestation in the flesh. I am an ordained minister and was deeply moved when I heard your news late last year. Sue and I love the "faith climate" of NTWK 21. The "affirmations" the "seeing it first before you can have it" We love it because it is Biblical. Which brings me to why I feel led to write to you. This is for your personal research in the care of Jim, Nancy. The bible reveals two economies..God's economy (unseen realm) and our economy(sense realm) Thats why Paul say's "we walk by faith and not by sight" 2 Cor 5:7. All of creation that is seen was created by that which is unseen. (Heb 11:3) "Thy will be done on earth, AS IT IS IN HEAVEN" (Matt 6:10) If you read Matthew 8:16-17, you will see that Jesus' healing ministry fulfilled that which the Prophet Isaiah wrote 700 BC. Is 53 was speaking of Christ,s crucifixion, yet in our economy when Jesus healed the sick, he had not yet been crucified! Is 53 is written in the past and present tense. How is this possible? The answer is in understanding how God's economy works. God lives in the eternal "now". He is not governed by the clock or calendar as we are. See Is 46:9-13, In God's economy Jesus was crucified from(since) the foundation of the world Rev 13:8, see 2 tim 1:9 It was this precreation Grace given to us by wich Christ should taste death for every man.(Heb 2:9) The cross sealed God's spoken intention from the foundation of the world.Read 1 Peter 2:24. "dead to sins" means that in Christ we have ended our relationship to Adams transgression with its fallen consequences. "live unto righteousness" means Embracing right standing with God with it's define benefits including healing," whose stripes you were healed" (past tense) In God's economy your healing is a done deal by the legal and irreversible crucifixion of Christ. In 2 Cor 1:20 Paul tell's us to say Amen! to God's " Yes " promises. "Amen" is our faith agreement with God's (unseen) economy In 2 Cor 4:13,18 you will see that faith affirms and focuses on the unseen realm (God's economy) The context of James chapter 5:16-17 is praying for the sick. Verse 17 uses Elijah as an example. The word "prayed" in the original greek is not referring to the request but emphasizes the result or aim desired. Read 1 Kings 18:41-45 "I hear the sound of the abundace of rain" was Elijah affirming that which was not(according to our economy) as though it were.(God's economy) Fervently done!-that is effectual prayer! See Abrahams example in Roman's 4:16-17. Our economy reveals Abraham and Sarah's barreness. God's economy call's those things which be not as though they were. "Abraham" means "Father of many nations" Abram changed his name to agree with God inspite of his circumstances. calling himself what he was not as though he were!! IE speaking God's economy and not his economy. Jesus' death and resurrection reveals that God has made up his mind concerning your health, he is not confused and neither should you be. It's a done deal!! In closing..Faith is not something we do..but rather that which happens in us, when we realize the magnitude of what Jesus has done for us!! I trust that this will help you. If you have any questions you can e-mail me at We love you Ken and Sue(Scilipoti team) Durban, South Africa

People or problems may come "with the arm of flesh", but the Lord will fight the battle for you. Be confident and sure! Christ is for you! You are His beloved son or daughter - the apple of His eye! He will not allow anyone to touch you. Be encouraged to begin the New Year in the presence of God." May you keep the peace of God as you conquer this challenge. You Are Loved, Dennis & Freddie

Dear Jim and Nancy! Thank you so much for the up-date today, I had started to worry!! it was quit a while since you wrote last. Wonderfull to hear that everything is working to schedule - 156 pounds is not too bad 🙂 - It was great fun to read your reactions to the goat yougurt 🙂 the same reaction came from my Darling Husband when I served it to him! - But, he gets it with strawberries in it - then I think it is actually lovely and smooth. Allan has got cancer in the liver, lungs and interstsine - on top of his cancer, and he is a herro as well. I have been looking after him on and off since may 08 but only full time the last 3 month. The business is waiting - he is the important right now. But I find a lot of strength in thinking of your great smile Jim and your belief in me when you said "I know you will do it" ! The Lord will help you, I am surtain, and you will both come out of this as even greater people - if possible 🙂 Find great happiness and peace in the fact that whenever - in many years - you are meeting up with the Lord, you have left behind to millions of people a Famely-business of hope and strength for wich you will be praised for years to come. We love you both - and are looking so much forward to meeting you again - somewhere on the beach 🙂 Yours, Allan and Elisabeth (Hastrup) (Paddy-Mitch :))

Jim, I was sorry and intrigued to find out about your medical condition and it instantly made me realize the importance of putting God first in my life and putting spiritual things first and trusting that all the other ones will be added unto those, as we read in the scriptures, and of keeping that ULTIMATE GOAL (eternal life with our Heavenly Father after this life) at the top of our priority list, because we never know when death might come. I have prayed for you and have asked God to help you learn the lessons you need to learn from this experience, and I will continue to keep you in my prayers. I feel strongly that I need to tell you about a book that I have recently read called "The Divine Center", written by Stephen Covey, the author of the well-known, "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People". This book, "The Divine Center" will help you understand lots of things about the meaning of life which perhaps you have not really thought about up to this point and I believe it will make a huge difference not just in your temporary life here on Earth, but also, and more importantly, in what will happen to you after this life. Hang in there, be strong and be wise! All the best! George

I have been praying for words to send you, and I came across this prayer today by Roy Lessin...I pray it encourages your heart...I LOVE you both dearly!!! Prayer of Peace: Lord Jesus, I thank You that You are the Prince of Peace and that You have promised to give me Your peace. I receive Your peace, the peace that passes all understanding, the peace that assures me of Your presence, the peace that confirms Your love, the peace that guards my every thought and each emotion. Thank You that You have come, not to trouble me, but to give me Your rest; not to confuse me, but to give me clarity; not to bind me, but to free me; not to stress me, but to quiet me. Thank You for a peace that endures the trial, overcomes the battle, conquerors the foe, and keeps me steady through the storm. Thank You, Lord, for complete peace, for perfect peace, for a peace that keeps my heart from being troubled. Come now and fill me with Your peace. Thank You for the perfect peace that comes when I put my trust in You. Let it wash over me and flood my innermost being. Show me the ways of peace, keep me in the paths of peace, guide me in the decisions that lead to peace. Jesus, be my peace today. Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. Dear Jim and Nancy, As you and your whole family battle this enemy, as so many, we join you in asking for the Lord to bring about His will. When my mother was fighting her battle of cancer, she felt the power of prayer lift her and hold her close to the Lord. Her faith dramatically became more personal then ever before, which is significant as she has always shared a deep love of the Lord. As her battle intensified, we sought a second opinion at the Cancer Institute of America, where they incorporate modern medicine in its least invasive means, spiritual healing in the soul, as all healing is a gift from the Lord, and nutritional intake (avoiding all sugars and taking many supplements, she was able to use the Nutrilite as they were incredibly impressed by the products, just increased the amounts necessary). Her team of doctors were so impressed by her attitude and the results of her bloodwork. We were so comforted to know they were on top of nutrition as a major part of healing. Knowing your battle is in the hands of the Lord, we are at peace in its outcome. We were at Palm Springs this weekend and were at peace hearing David and Jules as well, but knowing you will return. Their leadership is inspiring. We truly enjoyed all the speakers and were inspired to help many new IBOs cross stage at the next conference. You are in our daily prayers and will continue to be as a leader in Network 21 impacting so many to love and be loved humbly. May God's continued healing keep you and all your family at peace. Love in Christ, Randy and Donna Verges and family

Dear Jim and Nancy, We just returned from Winter Conference in Palm Springs and read your updates. It was SO wonderful to read every single word written by you both! And yes, Dave and Jules did a phenomenal job at helping us all adjust to the fact you were 'homebound' in Houston. On Sunday morning during the worship time, R.D. led us all in prayer for the entire Dornan family. And R.D. reminded us that God's Word says that where two or more are gathered in His name, He is there. We continually get reports from our IBO's that they pray for your healing, but there was something extra wonderful that they and everyone else in that service, could all pray together. And during the meetings, there was such a unity of purpose projected from all your leaders on stage, and for that matter, throughout the entire audience. You are loved, respected, and very much missed. We will continue to pray that you will be comforted each and every minute of every day. Love, Carol and John

Hi Jim and Nancy, we truly are deeply grateful for sharing your journey with us. You freely and generously give, not only in the past, but especially now when the lessons matter more. You are frequently in our thoughts, and so goes a prayer each time. We claim your complete healing, and that no negative effects from the junk that they use to attack the enemy will impact you, we pray for the Lord to cover you and your family with His holy protection, in Jesus’ precious name. With much love and respect, Rojan and Jo-Anne p.s. We just came from Palm Desert, and we did miss you because it just was not the same without both of you for the first time. But it was such a comfort, at the same time, to see Dave and Jules "make it the same", in their own way... Jim and Nancy "were there". As an IBO, it's a great comfort to see and feel that "our home" is indeed in good hands. As a believer, from the outside looking in, it's awesome to see the hand of the Lord - what perfect timing for their Founders Diamond…perfect timing that comes from a perfect plan (-: It reminded me at that moment of a verse from church before the conference that made me think of and pray for you, "For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11 (NIV)

You've given so much to this huge Network 21 family. And now this family is getting so much closer in worrying about you, praying and sending messages wishing you well. This website was a great idea. It connects us all in one purpose: YOUR RECOVERY Our Lord still has specific plans with you. You know it already...After this battle is won, your life will take on a new direction and purpose! Bless you, Nancy and the whole Dornan family hannelore

I am writing once again to thank you and Nancy for who you are. When Jules was talking from stage today she expressed the most important point on how perspectives have changed during this challenge of your lives. I honestly believe that God has used this time to create the story to once again to appreciate what He has given to us. I know from what Jules has expressed from stage that she has grown. I also know that you both know that there is a blessing in this challenge. That's what I love about you both. You find the silverlineing. Jim get I missed you and Nancy at the weekend. We are in this journey together! More and more we are men and women ALL IN with what God will do through a fully devoted life! Deliverance for the glory of God! Ex 1:1-22 The stage is set ... Moses, like yourself, at the height of his leadership, experience the deliverance of his God. Although he was just a normal man ... the best of man is just a man at best. We see blessings by the hand of God. Heb 11:26 Moses feared Pharo so little like you fear cancer so little because like moses, you fear God so much. Look what the Blood at the doorposts did! The deliverance at the Red Sea ...! The ALL in life is always profound because its ALL about God. When God makes a promise, He keeps it ... we see God's hand in the midst of affliction. Ex 1:1-22. The stage is set for you Jim Dornan. Put all you have in God. pb

Dear Jim and Nancy 43 years and still going strong. Congratulations on your anniversary. Neither of you look old enough in the photos to have been married that number of years. Must be all that Artistry and Nutriway keeping you looking so great - even in the time of illness. Not to mention your love and support of each other throughout those years. Jim I just know that you and Nancy have many more years yet to do God's work here on Earth. Jim, what I have learned from illness is that it is an opportunity from our Lord to grow and change and become a person of even more significance. On the hard days, for both you and your family, simply Let Go and Let God. This is your time to heal. For me, I have taken this faith following my own recovery, and been comforted many many times. I ask in my prayers that God surrounds you and your family with his healing light and love. Take one day at a time Jim - each one is a step closer to your full and complete recovery. It is great to hear that the swallowing has improved. Take care xxxx Susan Willesden

We take so much from your journey and wish that we have some of your strength going through the same journey with my mother who has brain and lung cancer. She has had brain surgery and survived and is now going through radio therapy and hormone treatment. Our prayers and hopes are with you and may the good lord keep you safe. Have a great day. Giri

Dear Jim and Nancy, it is inspiring to see someone with so much material success respond this way to a crisis. It reminds me that success doesn't have to be shallow, but can be achieved by real people with real faith. Thank you for being that example. From a peon deep in the Comins group, God bless. I'll be praying for you.

Bobbie and I have been thinking and praying for you and your entire family often. Having worked with the MD Anderson people to build a great deal of the complex there, I know you are in the best earthly hands for success. Our entire team has been thinking of you and we all send our prayers for a recovery and full remission.

Dear Jim, Just want to let you know that I am praying for you, and Nancy, and the entire family, night and day - have been since the beginning. It's a habit well-formed over the last couple of years, as I think you already know, last thing before bed, every night, I thank the Lord for the gift of the business, which He gave through you! Thank you for everything. Tommy is praying too - back in Hong Kong, as of yesterday. Love from Leanne

Today is the day of salvation. - With God it is never too late. - Everyday His mercy and grace is available to us. - Don't underestimate what God could do today. - Now is a good time for you to be expectant. Dear Jim, You are such an amazing person. To be going through such a challenge and still be so strong and positive is such a lesson for everyone. I love that you so strongly believe that this "intruder" is just a phase, you are so right. I have learnt so much from you and your family, I can't thank you enough, I am so great full to be a part of your organisation. I'm looking forward to seeing you again in Australia in the future. My heart and prayers go out to you and all your family. God works in mysterious ways. Lots of love to all.

Dearest Jim and Nancy, Just wanted to share that as we are thinking of you and praying, our hearts overflow with love and gratefulness. We know that this journey is not an easy one. And yet, as you share it, you allow the Lord to use you in such an amazing way to bring greater strength, courage and belief to others. We have full faith in your recovery, Jim! Today, we wish to share a beautiful Psalm of praise. We wish to praise you both for the people that you are, and praise our Heavenly Father for being such a loving and healing God. 'Praise the LORD, O my soul; all my inmost being, praise His Holy Name. Praise the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits- who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from the pit and crowns you with love and compassion.' (Psalm 103:1-4). Wishing you an excellent week of progress and recovery, and the very best of care. Much love and blessings, Shanker and Mia xoxoxo

Hi Jim & Nancy, we're writing this with mixed emotions-joy & sadness. We're so happy of our Mentors' 43rd Wedding Anniversary (Congratulations! truly an achievement worth emulating) & also happy with this chance of communicating directly to you! We're also sad in a sense that we "feel" the pain you're undergoing. We know you're being given the best medical treatment there is (on top of our Nutrilite). You & Nancy have always been in our prayers since we joined the business (April 1997). We are going to create prayer warriors in our team to "storm" the heavens with prayers for your immediate recovery, because nothing is impossible with God! We love you!
